How Long Until I Receive My Order?
Each order is processed within 48hrs of being placed. Shipping time varies based on the shipping method selected. Larger equipment should be expected within 2 weeks of ordering unless otherwise noted. Contact Gene for further questions.
Unopened orders may be returned at purchasers expense for a full refund if returned within 30 days of delivery. We do not refund orders past 30 days from the date of delivery.
Opened orders may be returned for a full refund if returned within 30 days of delivery, providing returned contents are unopened (sealed by the manufacturer), unused and packaged to avoid damage in transit. We do not accept returns of opened products beyond 30 days.
Reimbursement of return shipping costs only if the return is a result of an error on our part (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Refunds will be based on actual paid purchase price.
What if the item I purchase is back ordered/Out of Stock?
While we make every effort to keep stock levels accurate on our site, backorders are inevitable. In the case of backorders we immediately attempt to contact the customer to let them know the anticipated wait time and to discuss alternate options to help avoid delays. If we cannot reach the customer or if no alternative arrangement can be made, the order will be refunded to the customers card.

Yes. Our website is protected by SSL encryption. Data you input is encrypted and protected and your credit card information is submitted via a secure gateway provider just like those used when you swipe your card through an electronic card reader at a physical store. We do not see your credit card number, nor do we store it.
